From the moment we walked through the doors of the hotel we were given a very friendly Irish welcome from the very pleasant Porter and Receptionist. The room is spotless, location very good.

Staff were good, the state of the room was the issue I had cracked and dirty sink. Rubbish above the wardrobe area, marks on the mirror. The basics you expect to be ok when checking into a room

The hotel was an easy walk to all the tourist sites, but without the noise and revelry of the temple bar area. Though i was initially a little put off by graffiti up the street, it turned out to be a safe walk to the hotel. The street was well lit after dark.

Hotel room was boiling as aircon did not work - no hot water for shower and soap dispenser was not refilled. I was also provided incorrect info on the parking as I was told not to prebook and then the ticket would be validated - so I’ve had to pay full price for the car parking - very poor service
