This home is new and immaculately clean. Views are unbelievable. the management company, however, was not the best at communicating. they sent a 13 page document via WhatsApp for all instructions which was nearly impossible to read! we couldn't find the washer and dryer. it would have been helpful to have a printed copy of the locations and directions for the laundry and trash. when we arrived, the washer wasn't working but got fixed in a day or two. one of the toilets stopped flushing and we got no response for over 24 hours. that's pretty unacceptable in my opinion. the views from the terraces are absolutely amazing; the pool was dirty when we arrived but when they came a day later to fix the broken toilet, they also cleaned the pool. I would stay here again, but the management needs to be improved. I would caution there are a LOT of steps; 4 stories to be navigated. this is a remote location, impossible to stay here without a car--absolutely NOTHING is walkable. but that's also why it was incredibly quiet and private.
