Our Cvijeta apartment is located in Vojnović street - a residential area full of cafes and restaurants, and there is a beach nearby and it is close to Old Town and Lapad.
It accommodates two guests - the bedroom has a double bed, and there is additional sitting area. .It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower.
Guests have private parking at their disposal with prior reservation.

The apartment is located in Iva Vojnovića street. It is a street full of cafes and restaurants, close to Bellevue beach.It is a perfect location considering that it is well connected to all parts of the city - 10 minutes by bus to Lapad in one direction, and the old town in the other direction.Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from the Old Town. The connection with the Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility, but now it is becoming the largest residential part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik.As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Town Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and attractions that ensure an unforgettable stay. Brilliant service!

Nice place for a short stay in Dubrovnik. Good communication with the host. Cons: A bit noisy because it’s located on the Main Street. As part of the check out, they asked us to take out all the trash to the nearest public trash bin as a local one was not available on the premise, this was not a reasonable ask given that we didn’t see any nearby.
