The place had everything we needed for our stay. We booked the apartament, was big enough and sparkling clean. It's only 20 minutes walk till city center. There is also free parking near by. The only downside are the stairs.

We loved our lodging here. The place was clean and convenient to both old town and new town. We loved that there was a kitchen for doing some of our own meals. This is the greatest option for lodging in this area. The host family is extremely kind, accommodating, and warm. I selected the apartment with the washing machine and full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked really well. Tons of stairs to get to the apartment, so this is not suitable for those who have any sort of physical ailment or the elderly. Would visit here every year. Very walkable to restaurants and the bus stop.

Wonderful stay

Everything about our stay at this guest house was positive, from being provided a dedicated parking spot, to the juice and tea provided, to the cleanliness, comfort, and quiet, to the enthusiasm and responsiveness of the owner, to the location with the stunning view over the sea. The walk up the 126 stairs from the main road below is totally worth it. We loved this place and highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Guest house Nikolina! The property is beautiful with very clean, very comfortable rooms and a lovely balcony. Very welcoming

Nikolina and her family are lovely and very welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. We even had juice in the fridge and sweets! Everything was great about our stay. Loved getting back after an evening out and sitting on the lovely terrace with a glass or two of wine. The steps up are quite strenuous but happy to do some extra steps for the views and hospitality. We loved our stay.

Amazing hosts, highly recommend!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a 5 night vacation in Dubrovnik and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Nikolina. The room was clean and modern, and in a great location. 20 min walk to the old town and 5 minutes from Bellevue Beach, lots of steps up to and from the room bare in mind! Highly recommend this as a place to stay, great value for money. We would like to Thank Nikolina for being so accommodating.

Room was just perfect. It was tidy and it has an ac- unit which was a must have on weather as hot it was on time we visited. Location was perfect, there is lot of restaurants to eat and shops where you can buy daily croceries. Everything is close so you don't need taxi or bus to get lots of interesting places. Host family is SUPER friendly and they do their job pertecly. They made our vacation perfect <3
