This is a comfortable and modern two bedroom apartment set in a newly built apartment building on the hilly area of Dubrovnik above the Gruz harbor offering a magnificent view over the entire Gruz neighborhood and Lapad peninsula. The apartment is a great choice if you wish to stay among locals and avoid the more crowded areas.



Set on the second floor of a newly built apartment building(no elevator), the apartment offers one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one full bathroom with a shower and an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment's best feature is surely a spacious and furnished balcony offering stunning view over the city and can be accessed from the living room as well as both bedrooms. Private parking for one car is available in the building garage and there are 34 steps from the building entrance to the apartment door.

The area also involves stairs so for travelers with lower mobility we advise using local taxi services. Even with its location the important amenities are still within walking distance. A local grocery store is approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the property and within 10 minutes walking distance there is a bus stop for the Old town, a department store, several local restaurants and bars, ATM, main ferry port and a green and a fish market which is open every morning offering local products and delicacies to all visitors. The Old town is located approximately 3 kilometers from the property and can be reached by local taxis/Uber or local bus lines. For those feeling more adventurous and ready to explore the area, walking distance to the Old town is approximately 35 minutes.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

Great balcony with beautiful views. Apartment was clean and bright. Roads are very narrow for driving but parking garage was excellent. Many stairs down to the port area with lots of dining options. Great stay.

Great apartment - stressful location for driving

Beautiful, clean apartment with great views and everything we needed, but the streets leading to the apartment were so steep and narrow and one-way, we were too stressed to ever stay again, unfortunately. Great for anyone not traveling with a car.

Wonderful apartment with a view of the cruiseport.

This is a brand new building with tiled floors throughout and a great view. The only negative is a very steep and narrow incline to get to the parking garage entrance (included covered parking, which was a plus). A freezer and microwave were not available, and would have been nice to have. Another plus is the five minute walk to the bus stop, for the #3 bus that takes you to the old town in just 15 minutes. All in all a wonderful stay, would recommend.

Beautiful View

Loved this place! So modern and clean with a beautiful view. It's only a 10 min uber to old town, about 7 euro one way. Highly recommend this spot if you don't mind the ubers and climbing some stairs. Super friendly staff as well.

Der Ausblick, vor allen Dingen Nachts, war traumhaft.In jedem Zimmer ein Klimagerät.Dusche war GroßzügigRuhiges ApartmentNicht so gut:Die Zufahrt ist gelinde gesagt abenteuerlich. Enge Gassen mit steilen anstiegen. Zwei Autos kommen teilweise nicht aneinander vorbei, das heißt Rückwärts fahren, bis zur nächsten Hofeinfahrt. In der Beschreibungwar das so nicht zu ersehen.Der Balkon war nicht beschattet. Ab Mittags war es zu heiß um den Balkon zu nutzen, und das Wohnzimmer hat sich aufgeheizt.Die Küchenausstattung war dürftig. Zu wenig Schüsseln, zu wenig Besteck, kein vernünftiges Sieb.Die Matratzen sollten getauscht werden.Bügeleisen war nicht vorhanden.Die Tür zur Garage schließt, von innen betätigt, nicht richtig, Im Treppenhaus riecht es nach Abgasen.Es war, bis auf die lästigen Kleinigkeiten, ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
