The efficiency apartment was exceptionally clean, secure, and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing simple meals. Our unit overlooked a lively pedestrian area with restaurants and was only about a 50-meter walk from the Stradun (Placa), making it an ideal location for exploring Dubrovnik's Old Town. There are approximately 65 stairs to reach the apartment, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with heavy luggage. Parking in Dubrovnik can be expensive and is typically a considerable walk from the Old Town, so it's worth planning your parking arrangements before you arrive. Despite the stairs and parking challenges, which are common in Dubrovnik's Old Town, Kattys was an excellent choice, and we would happily stay there again.

This is a nicely modernized studio well located in the old town. Very comfortable with good AC which is not always the case in older buildings. Lidia was friendly and helpful. I do want to alert potential users to a few things. No cars are allowed in the old town so you will have to carry (well, roll) your luggage to the unit. And it is a 3rd floor walkup (which is part of the listing) which by American standards is really a 4th floor walk up. There are luggage services in Dubrovnik which we utilized on the way out, well worth it. All told, we would recommend.
