Although I booked a room advertised as a suite, it was a tiny studio room with no closet, no place to hang clothes, no place to put 2 suitcases on the floor. Breakfast was not included as I saw in the review. When asked about the 14 euro credit per day toward a tour for a VIP booking, the hotel staff said Hotels.com would give me a refund of 56 euros instead which I haven't seen. I don't recommend this place, falsely advertised as a 4-star suite room.

Great Hotel in the Heart of Old Town

Very nice hotel, right in the middle of old town Dubrovnik. Very friendly and accomodating attendant - helped us with luggae, arranged airport traansport, etc.

This hotel was good for what it was. Great location and helpful staff. Take note, it is located on a long, steep staircase and you have to carry your suitcases. Be prepared!

Full disclosure, it is an excellent location in a fascinating city and is very clean. I would have liked to be able to give more stars but two things kept me from it. First there were no amenities. Only bath wash in bathroom, no shampoo, conditioner, no tissues nothing. Secondly, I understand it is UNESCO city and cannot alter structures and that is OK but we were on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Would have liked to have known that prior to booking.

We liked this hotel for its perfect location in the city. Our room was small but clean. I would have to note that we were staying over a weekend and the club across the alley from us was super loud until about 230 in the morning on Friday and Saturday. Just to keep that in mind when booking.

Two night stay in Dubrovnik!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik! Great communication prior to check in and smooth check in process. Room a little warm as we were on the top floor but totally understandable given a heat wave in Europe. Breakfast was amazing and brought to your room with a coffee drink of choice was superb! Would recommend!

Amazing place and location

Super easy check-in. Lots of info from Edi and Alen. We opted for the airport pick and it went great. Car was waiting for us when we arrived just make sure they drop you off at the Pile gate. Room was as expected and lots of hot water and amenities were as described. Breakfast was brought to our room (plus), and it was instagram worthy, amazing presentation. There was some noise from the bars downstairs, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to pass, but we didn’t mind the noise as we went down and joined in on the fun.
