Great location in the heart of old town. Friendly and accommodating host. Comfortable room with a tiny bathroom. It has basic amenities but nice to have a small fridge in the room. Not sure what makes it “luxury”, but it’s affordable and definitely works for a short stay.

Great location within the fort. Room was clean, as was bathroom. Manger was very flexible about storing luggage and even delivered our liggage to our room while we were out exploring. Would stay again if visiting Dubrovnik.

The location of the property is AMAZING. Right near everything in Old Town Dubrovnik. The room had everything we needed and the staff we very helpful with some of our requests. The stairs inside are steep but manageable. Just a fair warning to others that the AC unit in our room struggled which made it difficult after spending all day in the hot weather to cool down.

We arrived at Soleil Luxury Rooms after midnight. We let our host know that we would be arriving late and she provided us with all of the instructions needed to access the room. Our driver dropped us at the Buza Gate and we had to walk down a lot of stairs to get to our room. Even though it is a much longer walk, I recommend using the Ploce Gate as the stairs are very limited. Once in the room, it was spacious and private. The room is also greatly located as you walk down just a few steps and you are in the heart of the town. Overall, it was a great stay and we highly recommend it.

Anamaria was very friendly and helpful. She was easy to communicate and helped with setting up airport transfers for me and then another one the next day for my sister. The room is in a great location in the old city and nearby restaurants, bus stops, easy access to all the sites. I would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Dubrovnik! A++++

The room was perfect. It was gorgeously decorated and had all the things you need including a hairdryer, fresh towels, small fridge and kettle. The location was genuinely amazing, right in the heart of old town a literal step away from amazing restaurants and wine bars. The only thing to be aware of are the steps, so if you have suitcases it is a bit of an effort.
