Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Like camping but with one more star.

Positive: 1- great communication with the property manager who acts soon. 2- shower pressure and amount of water is awesome. Better than home. 3- cheapest compared to nearby flats 4- dubrovnik is not an accessible city generally speaking. This flat was slightly better with less staircase and very close to old town. 5- great aircon to heat (didn't use the cooling system) Negative: 1- too many ants around the property: in the sink, microwave, kitchen floor. It started to spread into the bedroom. 2- Shower room design is awkward. You accidentally touch the lever all the time with your elbow changing the heat and amount of water. 3- You see 2 side lights by the bed. Only one is working. The other is for show. 4- TV working needs manual. I couldn't figure out how to use it. 5- bed is ok but little number of thin sheets. I am on the cold side but thankfully air con worked as heating system 6- windows is heavy and old to open and to avoid breaking when opening everyday, decided to leave it shut. Then room becomes dark, boring and groomy. 7- Internet connection was awful. I needed to get another link from property manager to use it.

Was close to old town and close to amenities, great for short stay being in own apartment Got also air conditioning but only downside is that it is in the bedroom and still some mosquitos were present Has all amenities and facilities except a few like shower gel or shampoo but overall pleasant stay
