A 4X4 vehicle is REQUIRED to access the cabin in winter months (October-April), roads are sometimes slippery and muddy. The cabin is accessed by dirt road, which is plowed in the winter but sometimes has 1 or 2 inches of snow on it.

Rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with very strict activity restrictions. Violations will result in being fined and entire security deposits potentially being forfeited. Any renters bringing or renting ATV's, Side x Sides or dirt bikes. Please read special rules provided as roads should only be used to access trails. They should not be used to ride up and down as this can be very disruptive to full time residents that work from home and can very loud and dusty. Please do not use others driveways to turn around and obey all laws and especially all speed limits.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

• Please take ALL trash, including bathroom trash and anything on the property, to the dumpsters. Located by going back to highway 14 and CROSSING it. Past the horses are the dumpsters on the right.

Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle...anything that does not fit needs to be washed, dried and put away. None should be left on counters or in the sink.

• Remove all sheets and pillowcases from beds that were used and place in the laundry room. Place all used towels in the laundry room. Please begin rotating the laundry through,

We LOVE this cabin! The managers are responsive and are great to work with. Everything (and more!) is available at this location. The kitchen is the BEST on the hill and they have thought of just about everything that you could need. We will be back again and again!

Beautiful area- great cabin!

Check-in was a breeze. Kitchen was well-stocked and plenty of room. Extra table and benches so there was plenty of seating for our family group of 15. So many bedrooms/ bathrooms, extra blankets, large TVs and lots of seating. Great cabin!

Great family vacation location!

The location of the cabin in Duck Creek was amazing! We loved gathering as a family and exploring the Duck Creek area hiking and ATVing. The kitchen was perfect for group meals, and everyone had plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. The fire pit was perfect for s'mores and family time. The basement ping pong, foosball, and basketball games were enjoyed, as well as the TV for movie night. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Cabin far exceeded expectations

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this cabin to celebrate our daughters 40th birthday. but let me say, wow, it is amazing! Just the right blend of rustic meets modern day. The location was close enough to Bryce Canyon for us not to feel like we drove all day. Grandkids played outside for hours, and the game room provided hours of fun and laughs for everyone. The cabin was clean and well appointed. I highly recommend!

Sibling reunion

We had a wonderful weekend at the perfect cabin! I have four siblings and all of them were able to come with their spouses and we were able to reconnect. Enough space for everyone

Beautiful duck creek cabin. Lots of rooms and beds for everyone to spread out. Kitchen is large and has a lot of supplies for cooking. House is in a neighborhood but was quiet. Property manager was very responsive if I had any questions. We will be back!

Fantastic large cabin

This is a fantastic cabin for large families or families traveling together! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, everyone enjoyed the games! The property is beautiful and situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very close to the village and many of the popular hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again!

Siblings Reunion

We were six siblings - 5 with their spouses - ages ranging from 66-80. We had a beautiful time. Loved the facility. The google map was not too helpful in finding the cabin but those with GPS did fine. We were very impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was and loved having the two fridges. One of the ladies would have liked to have had a support bar in the shower. She nearly fell because it was slippery. We also appreciated all the extra blankets.
