The house is situated in a quiet location, about 50 metres from the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach - ideal for families and couples. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, cafés, shopping opportunities and numerous leisure activities.
The apartment is located on the first floor and offers space for two to three people on 40 m². The living space is friendly and functionally designed and includes a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, kettle, coffee machine and dining table. From the living area, you can directly access the covered terrace with around 17 m² of space, sea view and private jacuzzi - perfect for relaxed hours outdoors.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a sleeping chair for an additional person. It is equipped with satellite TV, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. The bathroom offers a shower, washbasin, and toilet. WiFi, bed linen, and towels are provided.
Guests can use the barbecue in the outdoor area and, if needed, the landlord's washing machine (for a fee). A parking space is located directly at the house. Pets are welcome by arrangement.
