The house features a large terrace of approximately 35 m² at the front, facing south.

The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and offers views of the pool and most of the garden.

The 20 m² barbecue terrace and grill are located on the west side of the house. It is covered by a retractable pergola with dimmable LED lights.

The area includes a large dining table and eight chairs. The terrace provides direct access to the kitchen.

Three bedrooms on the first floor each have a balcony.

There is also an 8 m² terrace on the first floor with direct sea views.

The house has four bathrooms/toilets; two of the master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms/toilets.

The 8 x 4 m pool has fully automatic chemical control and is lined with titanium-glass tiles, ensuring it remains clean at all times.
