We spent the weekend for one of our daughters dance competitions. The location was perfect! Very close to canal park and the deck. A lot of fast food and sit down restaurants within walking distance. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommended!

A very beautiful and clean accommodation. Very tastefully decorated and a great informative notebook of procedures, attractions and amenities upon arrival, Close to downtown and UMD which was great, as we were there for our daughter's graduation. We would come back again for sure. It was a bit pricey, but it was graduation so we weren't too surprised. It was great to have our own place vs. a hotel so it was worth it for us. The host seemed very attentive to every aspect.

Park Point Art Fair Annual Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend in Duluth! I grew up in Lakeside and love going back to spend time with family, enjoying some of the amazing things Duluth has to offer. We stayed at The Perch for the first time; I'll be sharing info about this awesome place with my extended family. It's clean, cute, and very comfortable. Jason and Jennifer as hosts are so kind, as well. This great spot is definitely on our list of places we'll look to stay at when we visit Duluth again.
