Breakfast selection and area was awesome! However, 3 of the 5 staff people were really grumpy, hot tub and microwave did not work, spider in the bathroom, and worst, in the shower they have shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall. During the nught one came unattached, making large sound and startling me awake; It took a long time to go back to sleep. Vending machine didnt drop items until i bought same item second time (i got two) and garbage under vending machine. As stated 3 of the 5 staff people i interacted with were simply grumpy: seemed annoyed when i arrived, upset i brought dog out at 4am to go potty so they had to let mme back in, and upset i told them (not someone else, about microwave not working. I will say 2 of the staff were very warm to talk to. Not so sure ill be back.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was being repaired during our stay. The pool was very cold and we could only stay in it a short time. No one else was using the pool. The pull out couch mattress was not very comfortable for our adult son. Bathroom was very very small. Good location next to the Mall. Also note: Extra charges are incurred if your check in early ($30) and if you use the safe ($1.65/day). Check your bill before paying.

Staff was very friendly. The building is old and outdated, but room and public areas are clean. Was a bit noisy. Gym has a window unit ac, so if you use that room, go turn it on 20 mins before your workout. Breakfast was good.

Loved the friendly staff!! Accommodated us with a crib which we loved for our little one! Portable cribs are hard to haul anywhere so the hotel having some available at no charge is a major bonus!!

The lady at the front desk was very efficient and I worried that she would announce my room with a random man standing near by but she respectfully just handed me my room keys facing down. The room was very clean but the bathroom door could be replaced.

Very rude check in

Hotel was fine, room was comfortable. Check in was very poor. We had a boat and needed some room to park so we pulled out front. Barb ran out and told us we are unable to park there as the lot might fill up. This was already 8:30PM so it was odd to think that the nearly empty lot was going to fill up. After all of this and me trying to find a spot to put a boat she ran out in the parking lot yelling that my card had been declined. So I stopped trying to park and had to walk back to the office for her to tell me she made a mistake and everything was ok. Again no apologies and very rude.

We were very please with the double queen suite...thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back...we've usually stayed at the days inn on London rd but prefer this one.
