When I set a towel on the floor, the underside of it was filthy dirty. The door of the bathroom was all torn up. The bed had no support at all. The sheets were not fitted onto the bed and kept popping off. The lighting was dim and I couldn’t find switches. I had asked for a room as close to Parking as possible due to my mobility concerns and ended up getting a room at the very end of the hall. Last but not least the hallway reeked of pot. The only positive was Jeremy, who is a very helpful and pleasant employee.

A lot of work is needed here. You can tell this hotel is the bottom of the Wndyham chain. Bedding all needs replacing; mattress, pillows and blankets. Lots of parking, new fridge with freezer in room.

The person behind the desk was so rude and ignored. Not only someone who's waiting for information sitting there in the lobby before I got there. But for me, he didn't even look up and acknowledge, I was even standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes. All he was doing was working on paperwork and shuffling it. It wasn't until a young lady came behind the counter. Till he even bothered to acknowledge, I was there. And to hand me my room key. The way I see it is that if you're going to go here and you will see for yourself. If that man is still there, just find a way to turn around and walk out. Because he didn't give information anyone. And he was just rude.
