Jasper Cottage has a large living space on the first floor with log burner and comfortable seating; a perfect spot to soak up the afternoon sunshine: Sleeps up to 4 guests in two bedrooms Both bedrooms can be made up as twin beds, or as super-king beds on request Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms Open-plan living area on the first floor

Jasper Cottage has external stone steps with handrail lead up to the entrance door, which opens straight into the open-plan living area on the first floor, complete with with wood-burner, dining table and chairs, comfortable seating, and kitchen area. The stairs lead downstairs to both bedrooms on the lower ground floor. Both bedrooms have zip-link beds so can be made up as twin beds or super-king double beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, and the other bathroom has a 'jack and jill' entrance (entrance door from the bedroom and from the corridor area) and comprises both a bath and shower, as well as toilet and hand basin.
Smiddy entrance door opens straight into the open-plan living area with wood-burner, dining table and chairs, comfortable seating, and kitchen area. There is one ground floor bedroom, which has twin beds (or can be made up as a super-king bed on request), and the bathroom is also on the ground floor; it has a 'jack and jill' entrance (entrance door from the bedroom and from the living area). The bathroom comprises a shower and separate bath, toilet and hand basin. The spiral staircase leads up from the living area to the galleried mezzanine level overlooking the living area, with double bed.
Both properties enjoy a private patio and garden as well as a shared children's play area on the farm. Plus Exmoor National Park on the doorstep - this is a great location for exploring the moor! Outdoor Description Jasper Cottage has a south-facing patio area directly beside the property with picnic bench (not enclosed) and BBQ. Smiddy Cottage has a private patio area directly beside the property with picnic bench (not enclosed) and BBQ. There is also large a shared garden for guest's use.
A children's play area complete with climbing frame, wendy house and picnic table is available for guests to use within the grounds.
The farm has more than 50 acres of ancient woodland, bubbling rivers and wild terrain to explore, should you wish to. In addition to this, it sits within Exmoor National Park.
Parking Parking for two cars is available on the drive beside Smiddy Cottage. For Jasper cottage there is ample parking available in close proximity to the cottage.

Brushford is a peaceful village on the southern edge of Exmoor National Park in Somerset, just two miles from the market town of Dulverton.
The village sits where the rivers Barle and Exe converge in a beautiful wooded valley.
