Directly on Lake Dümmer (7km long about 176 hectares) located (approximately 100 m to the beach), in a quiet location, situated outside the village among other holiday properties small cozy wooden hut with about 30m² floor area and sleeping loft, kitchen with electric stove and microwave, bathroom with shower and toilet, dining area for max. 4 people, in the living area, a small wardrobe, satellite TV and stereo and a sofa bed extendable to 2x2m, the loft is reached by a ladder staircase and has a sleeping area for two people (double bed with 1,4x2m), car parking space and a covered terrace with garden furniture at House. Very good fishing right on the premises, fishing license required fishing boat can be rented for an additional charge. Canoe for boating also. Distances: Schwerin about 15 km, Lubeck about 50, Hamburg about 70 km, about 50 km Baltic Sea. For occupancy of more than 2 persons, the over-occupancy surcharge mentioned in the price information must be paid.
The flat rate for the final cleaning of 30.- €, as well as a consumption cost pre-payment in the amount of 20.- € are to be deposited directly after arrival on site.
