The private Guest Suite is located on high bank oceanfront property, offering a cozy intimate space overlooking beautiful Maple Bay -- we've recently added a hot tub to the patio area.

We are within walking distance of Maple Bay Beach, and a short drive to pubs, restaurants and hiking/biking trails.

Studio is complete with full piece bathroom. Kitchenette includes a small fridge, induction stove top, microwave/convection/air fryer unit.

Beautiful property, the room was very tidy and well decorated. Some of the furniture is very old and seems fragile but it has a lot of charm. We didn’t get around to using the hot tub but we did enjoy the view.

The place was amazing. Kathy was an excellent gracious host. The hot tub was a beautiful end to our evenings. The views are gorgeous and the space was very clean with everything you would need. My only wish was for an outdoor patio heater for morning coffee. .

Everything exceeded my expectations. The hot tub was the right temperature, and the amenities were above and beyond. I only stayed for one night, but I wish I had booked for longer. Very private, clean, independent and private, and extremely cozy. The suite was hard to find on the property and thankfully the owners daughter in law pulled in and told me where to go.
