Norris View is the perfect location for a fun family retreat. Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms a large open kitchen, dining room and living room along with nearly 12 secluded acres to explore.
Upon entering the home you walk into the kitchen, to the right is the living room and dining room. This modern kitchen is well equipped for the chef in your group to cook the most fabulous meals to pair with the best wine the Finger Lakes has to offer. Take a left and the master suite is on the left-hand side offering a brand new, modern bathroom and a king size bed. Across the hall is the utility room that houses a washer and dryer, both available for guest use. Wander a bit further and find a second bedroom that also offers a king size bedroom. Just across the hall is another full bathroom with both a tub and shower. A bit further down the hall on the right is another bedroom offering 2 twin beds. Across from the 3rd bedroom is a well-equipped game room with a tv and sofa. This is the perfect place to keep the littles entertained.
But wait, there is more! This home has a saltwater pool available for guest from Memorial Day through Labor Day. In addition, April of 2024 there will be a beautiful brand-new hot tub to enjoy and take in the views of the valley. In the Fall enjoy the apple trees that greet you while driving down the long driveway to the home. There is something to do in every season at this home.
