Located next to Dunfermline Abbey in the heart of Dunfermline the ancient former capital of Scotland. The apartment's windows are looking onto the Pittencrieff Park ( also referred to as 'Glen' by locals. The largest park in Dunfermline with rose gardens, playgrounds and lots of trails. Squirrels and birds can be spotted from the livingroom window. Edinburgh and Glasgow are both easily reachable from Dunfermline by car, bus and train. The bus station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. This flat was originally part of Dunfermline's oldest pub 'The Old Inn'. Back then it was known as the Danish Lounge hosting events. Later on it was converted into a two bedroom flat. This flat has a long exciting history dating back hundreds of years.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and within walking distance of High Street shopping, large grocery, train, and a beautiful Abbey with a large park/glen. Be weary of a Saturday night stay as there is a dance club nearby that doesn't close until 4am.
