I arrived at about 15:00 on day of booking to be told my booking had been cancelled on 10th June. I can find no trace of the cancellation on the day, no computer with me, just a confirmation of booking printout. Asked to leave!
Expedia can find no documentation of cancellation. Hotels cannot find any cancellation nor can OYO so I presume the hotel cancelled, did not tell me but they had double booked. BEWARE! All accommodation in town booked due to major event. 2 coach loads in hotel could be the reason! No refund as yet from cancellation!
Hotel is a bit dated, room was very very small, bed okay, pillow's too hard. View out the window was a derelict building and grounds. Dinner menu wasn't good. Didn't try breakfast. Staff member at reception was friendly and polite.
