The path to the apartment is a gravel-packed, approximately 50-foot-long path that leads down to a cool and cozy retreat, naturally staying comfortable year-round. A charming brick heater adds warmth and character during colder months.

Inside, the 400-square-foot studio is well-arranged to make the most of the space. A queen-sized bed, closet, dresser, and side table are separated by a pony wall from the living area, which includes a recliner, dining table for two, and soft lighting for a relaxed atmosphere.
