Staff did not even interested to talk while check out. No body asked about stay. Breakfast time was till 9 Am, at 8:30 Am they did not have anything. Microwave was locked, when we asked about it, staff asked back rudely that do you know how to operate microwave, later she unlocked it.Terrible Hotel, will never stay or recommend it to anyone.

Give it a go in Durango!

This was a good stay while in Durango for the price. We actually booked another night, after adjusting our travel plans. Complimentary breakfast was just okay but very happy to have it while traveling on a longer trip!

Overall property was clean and maintained. The room was clean and spacious, but floors were a little dusty; however, was expected since hardwood floors usually get dusty. There were two front desk agents at the desk when I arrived, and my interaction with the female representative was not the greatest. She was rude and made me feel unwelcomed. As for the second agent, he was super friendly and understood my frustration with a required $500 cash deposit. He explained the required deposit and lowered it to $100, which was much more affordable for my family. Breakfast was quite good and it was more of a grab & go breakfast. There is a waffle maker available as a hot breakfast option along with oatmeal. The room felt a little stuffy overnight, but the room windows open which gave better air circulation in the room. Regardless of my interaction with front desk, I wouldn't mind staying again.
