Durango Gem

Super location - the property is a block away from main street (which is perfect for a bit of privacy). The floorplan is open, comfy and modern. We found the kitchen to be very usable and well-stocked. We absolutely loved the balcony overlooking the quiet street below. It's a great spot to have an evening glass of wine or coffee in the morning. We would definitely rent from here again.

Close in Durango

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leland House. The suite was obviously recently remodeled with an open and clean look. The check-in process was easy and communication with the owners was great. We wish we had planned another day in downtown Durango. We definitely plan another trip ana will stay at Leland House again.

Great location, good property

Love the location, right in downtown Durango within walking distance of everything. Local businesses appeared to close at 9:00 PM, so noise was not an issue at all. The space was clean and bright. Only negative was the dated construction of the building, which allowed quite a few little bugs inside.

Amazing place!

Newly renovated and felt very clean, and you can’t beat the location. The only thing lacking was a cookie sheet in the kitchen!

Great casual hotel in perfect location

The room was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed during our time in Durango. The staff was genuinely helpful. The history of the building shines through and adds to the experience. Walk to restaurants, coffee, shops, etc.
