Room was clean but smelled bad, there was an industrial fan running in the room when we got there. Woke up in the middle of the night and found cockroaches crawling around the bathroom.

The staff are pleasant, but i wished they had a room on the main ground. We are on the second floor, with outdoor stairs and no elevators. I forgot to request this as we are elferly. Other than that, our room is clean. Thank you!
