On the ground floor, living room / kitchen area (microwave, freezer compartment), wood stove, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), bathroom (basin, shower) and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms (1 1.40m bed, 3 0.90m beds, 1 cot), 1 toilet, bathroom. 7 deck chairs, enclosed grounds. Durbans flying club 1.5kms away has low activity. Sheep may be present in a plot near the cottage. Ping pong table.
