Charming, spacious cottage located between Angers and Le Mans, in a protected area bordering the Sarthe River and surrounded by fields, ideally situated for cultural and heritage visits. Large, unfenced, wooded outdoor area.

Ground floor: living/dining room (fireplace) with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed 160x190cm, 2: 2 single beds 90x190cm), reading room (converts to a double bed 140cm), separate WC, bathroom. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds 90x190cm), shower room, bathroom. Additional amenities: flat-screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, baby equipment, freezer. Included: firewood. Not included: electric heating (8kWh included per day), bed linen (8€ per person).

Nature pur!

sehr großes Anwesen. Große Räumlichkeiten. Geräte sehr in den Jahren gekommen aber alles funktionstüchtig. Ideal für kleine Kinder und für Naturfreunde. Wald und Wiese, Fluss ganz in der Nähe. Rehe vor dem Küchenfenster und für Sterne Liebhaber kein künstliches Licht. Perseiden show gratis! Wer die Ruhe sucht ist da bestens aufgehoben.
