Located 5 mins of Duke Regional and Eno River State Park, close to Duke campus and University Hospital as well as Downtown Durham. Relax and enjoy all Durham and RTP has to offer.
Private home with first floor bedroom and full bath. Set up for long term and short term stays.
Visiting nurses and students welcome.

This home is full of character and has a cottage-like charm. Set in a quiet family neighborhood, it is warm, friendly, and inviting.
Woodland Retreat is the perfect place for relaxation and is within a few minutes of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops.

Snuggle up with a hot cup of tea and blanket when it's chilly or sit out on the back deck and enjoy some peace and quiet in the large wooded backyard. Every detail is thought out with your comfort in mind.
