4-stars building with 2-stars service

Privided only one set of towels for 2 persons. Clean room but needs repairs on many little things like clset door, TV remote control, electric curtain opener, etc. Unfriendly front desk male clerk/supervisor representing Indian culture? They also charge for a local tourist map normally provided free by even 3-stars hotels!

Amazing stay especially that it’s relatively new. The free 5 item free laundry was a plus! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Snacks and coffee / juice were available in the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful property that is centrally located. Best amenity during my 2- night stay was the complimentary taxi shuttle service to and from the airport. [Pro tip - phone the hotel as the messaging service on Expedia does not work. ] But the experience fell a bit short of expectations given that this is regarded as within the top tier of Dushanbe hotels. For instance - housekeeping did not empty my garbage cans or provide the complimentary water (which was needed as temps neared 100°F). Bathroom amenities were sparse - just 1 bath towel & 1 bath mat & barebones soap and shampoo.
