Brand new spacious apartment in a spacious complex with 30 single-family and two-dwelling houses in quiet village Łukęcin between Międzyzdroje and Kołobrzeg. Furnished for comfortable well-being.
The apartment extends over the entire upper floor, is 55 square meters and suitable for 2-6 (ideal for 4) people. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed, one with a single bed with a pull-out bed), a spacious living room with a corner sofa with sleeping function and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, cooker with grill, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave, Kettle, coffee machine with thermos, toaster) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On the whole area you can enjoy the underfloor heating.
In the spacious closet in the large bedroom is provided for a lot of storage space.
The apartment has both a balcony and a private garden with a surface of 55 sqm with terrace and barbecue. Both on the balcony and in the garden you will find garden furniture (tables, chairs, armchairs, chairs) available.

Erholsame Auszeit in toller Ferienanlage

Wir haben in Lukęcin ein paar wunderbare, erholsame Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung hat eine superruhige Lage, in einer sehr ansehnlichen Anlage, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Angrenzend zur Anlage findet man einen Weg direkt zum Strand. Dieser war überschaubar besucht und sauber. Ebenso gibt es im Ort mehrere Geschäfte und Restaurants, die genauso schnell zu erreichen sind, wie der Strand. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Dieser war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung für gute und angenehme Urlaub

Wir waren dort mit unseren 4 Kindern und Hund . Die Wohnung ist komplett erstattet mit allem was der normale Mensch braucht und die Wohnung ist in einer sicheren Lage.Im Ort war alles, was wir brauchten. Der Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und sehr schön. Meine Familie war sehr zufrieden und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das einzige, was hat mich gestört war das Internet, einmal hat er funktioniert und einmal nicht, aber das habe ich überlebt, wir sind da nicht hingefahren wegen dem Internet 😄.

Sehr erholsam

Die Wohnung und das Umfeld waren genau richtig um wieder Energie zu tanken. Auch die Kommunikation und die Tipps waren absolut top. Vielen Dank. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass es keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern gab und die Fenster ab 17:00 Uhr geschlossen bleiben mussten wenn man nicht gefressen werden wollte. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

wunderschöner Urlaub in Lukechin

Wer im Urlaub Ruhe zum Entspannen sucht, ist hier vollkommen richtig. Die geräumige helle Wohnung ist mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die im täglichen Gebrauch benötigt werden. Die bewachte Wohnanlage, zu der die FEWO gehört, liegt im Wald von Lukechin. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und war jetzt im Mai nur von sehr wenigen Leuten besucht. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war unser Gastgeber Michal sehr schnell und gut erreichbar und hat uns umgehend geholfen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen! Ruhe und sonst nichts

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem sehr ruhigen Platz und sind da fündig geworden. Quasi im Wald im Nirgendwo. Wer Trubel sucht ist hier falsch. Wir haben die Stille, die gute Luft und das Meer genossen. Die Unterkunft war modern und top eingerichtet. Einkaufen gleich um die Ecke. Da wir Fahrräder hatten konten wir die Umgebung damit erkunden. 5*+

Wohlfühlfaktor garantiert

Anders kann man es wirklich nicht beschreiben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist wirklich schön und der Weg zum Strand durch den Wald lädt zum Spazieren ein. Um die Jahreszeit war das Örtchen ganz schön leer, doch damit ist Erholung garantiert. Ein Trip nach Miedzyzdroje lohnt sich sehr. Der Vermieter war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Moderne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar mit eigenem Garten und Grill. Die Lage ist ruhig gelegen, direkt am Wald angrenzend und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Wir würden das Objekt sofort weiterempfehlen :)

sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung war super schön! Kommunitkation mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt, mit dem Pförtner war es etwas schwieriger, aber mit Händen und Füßen haben wir uns dann verstanden. Um die Jahreszeit sind die kleinen Örtchen natürlich wie ausgestorben, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Ein schöner Kurztrip, der sich echt gelohnt hat.

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Eine wirklich sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Anlage mit gemütlicher Wohnung. Wer abseits des Trubels Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Umgebung mitten in der Natur. Ideale Ferienwohnung zum Entspannen

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und wir können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sehr modern eingerichtet, im Kiefernwald, extrem schöne Spaziergänge (wir waren im September dort) im Kiefernwald und an der Küste, am Strand möglich; sehr leckrer Fisch in den Nachbarorten; schnelle zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit Besitzer und der Pförtner steht auch jederzeit für offene Fragen bereit. Alles tip top, wir kommen wieder.

Polnische Ostseeküste

Schöne Wohnung in einer neuen Anlage. Wohnung sehr sauber mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Die Lage ist super. Durch ein Seitentor gelangt man in den benachbarten Wald und kommt dann direkt an den Strand. Wir waren eine Woche dort. (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und Hund)

Schöne Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage

Wir besuchten zu dritt mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn die FeWo. Die FeWo ist wunderbar geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Lage könnte insbesondere für Naturliebhaber, welche sich den Touristenhochburgen eher fernhalten wollen, nicht besser sein. Der Vermieter war für uns jederzeit erreichbar und kam uns zudem auch noch mit den Check-In/Out-Zeiten entgegen. Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder!

Schöne Wohnung, die uns allen sehr gefallen hat

Wir (2 Erw.+2 kleine Kinder) waren 4 Tage in dieser Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Fußbodenheizung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Matratzen, Hochstuhl für unsere Kleine, sehr gute Wlan Verbindung,...wie gesagt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft und auch die Umgebung, die wir auf guten Wegen per Rad erkundeten, haben uns gefallen. Das Ende Oktober nichts touristisches mehr geöffnet ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Im nächsten Ort konnten wir Geld wechseln und einkaufen.

Wir waren anfang Aktober in der Wohnung. Die Größe ist wa für uns perfekt - 2 Erwachsene und 1 Teenager. Die Umgebung lädt zum Spazieren oder Radfahren ein. In dem Ort war zum Zeitpunkt von unserem Aufenthalt nichts los. Alle Läden hatten zu und es gab so gut wie keine Touristen. Für Einkäufe, Essen gehen, usw. mussten wir immer mit dem Auto los. War für uns nicht schlimm. In den benachbaften Orten waren deutlich mehr Touristen und entsprechend auch mehr Läden geöfnet.

Der Weg zum Strand ist ein wunderschöner Spaziergang durch einen Kiefernwald, der Vermieter spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. 100 % ige Weiterempfehlung!
