The Quiet Modern Farmhouse is a recently renovated 2,100 sq ft single family home in a cul-de-sac with walking paths, ponds and lakes nearby. The property is a split floor plan with the primary bedroom on the east and the guest bedrooms on the west. There is a working office with a desk and filing cabinets just off the entryway. Within minutes, you can be in down town Eagle and/or the popular Village at Meridian with retail chains, casual dining, a movie theatre and kids outdoor play area. Eagle Island park is south of the property and features a water park, swimming beach, fishing, non motorized boating, and 5 miles of trails for hiking, horseback riding or walking your dog. In the winter, there is snowshoeing, sledding and snowmobiling.

We were visiting family and this provided great place to relax and escape to. Walking path was really nice for us and our dog. This is a great location in Eagle Idaho. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!
I stayed in this property for two weeks while I was in between homes. Deanne, the property manager was very communicative and checked in on me multiple times. The house was so cute and comfortable, and pictures are very accurate. It had a great office that I could set up to work from. I was able to sign into all of my apps on the TV for music and entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed to cook the multiple meals I made over the two weeks. But perhaps my favorite thing about it as that it backs up to a walking path that goes for miles along the canal. It was perfect for me and my dog to walk a couple of times a day. You will be very happy with your stay if you book here.
