Beautiful Cabin on the Inland Chain of 28 beautiful Lakes .

Sit out on your deck overlooking beautiful Otter Lake, have breakfast in the fresh outdoors, or in your screen porch. This cabin sits on a medium grade slope to the lake.
There are steps to the lake with a bench to sit on mid-way if needed.
Cook out on your charcoal cooker, and watch the birds & squirrels as they try for top placement on the bird feeder.
Curl up before the fireplace, have a bowl of popcorn, or play games with your family and/or friends.
Swim out to the raft, or lounge around by the lake. Try out our canoes, Kayaks, and paddleboat. Enjoy the sand lake shore.
Rent our pontoon or fishing boat, and explore part or all 28 connected lakes. Take your fishing pole along. Then bring your catch back to our fish house for easy cleaning.

Go out for dinner by water to one of the many restaurants on the chain. You can even go golfing by water.
Eagle River is only 2 miles away (5 minutes) for great shopping, and access to the many festivals.
Wintertime fun on your snowmobiles, cross country skis, or snow shoes. Trails for all are abundant. When conditions permit, we even have an ice skating renk out on the lake.
We only rent a year in advance so that we can give our guests a chance to reserve their spot for the next season.

Jeanette’s cottage was the perfect spot for a weekend stay on the Eagle River Chain. It’s cozy, but comfortably fit four people without ever feeling cramped. Everything listed was accurate. Cell service is limited in this part of Eagle River, but the Wi-Fi worked great and easily met our needs. The kitchen and living area also felt surprisingly spacious for the size of the cottage.The space has a nostalgic, classic “up north” feel that reminded me of visiting Eagle River as a kid in the best way. The back deck is a great spot to hangout, tucked into the woods with beautiful, peaceful views of Otter Lake.Jeanette truly goes above and beyond as a host, consistently making sure both our stay and future guests’ stays are top-notch. During our visit, she even installed a brand-new Sealy mattress in the queen bedroom based on prior feedback, which speaks volumes about how much she cares. She also surprised us with warm sugar cookies fresh out of the oven. It's these thoughtful touches which really set this place apart.Would absolutely stay here again.

We spent a couple of nights in this cute cabin. We were very comfortable, the cabin had everything we needed. The cabin had everything needed to start the fireplace and we did both nights, super cozy and warm! We drove around the scenic roads and had a very relaxing time overall. Thanks so much!

Host was not flexible at all in check out time. host lives on site, but steep slope to cabin was under snow, unshoveled.Host's dogs running loose, causing concern driving in and out of driveway. Toilet needs repair. Bedroom and bathroom doors do not latch.Thankfully, cabin was clean.

The cabin itself was nice but there were a few issues. All 3 of the beds were bad and sunk in the center when laid on. My wife and I couldn’t even sleep in the same bed, Owner has known about this issue for over a year and has not done anything. When using the pans, food stuck in them causing burning of food. There was a bedroom off the back deck which had a door you could enter from outside and this door did not lock. Luckily there was a patio door between the bedroom-which obviously was a closed porch at one time- and the living room which did lock so that bedroom would not have been able to be used if we had wanted to, There was a wood burning fireplace but the glass door was broken so we couldn’t use that-would have been nice to know beforehand. Also there was a partially burned log placed next to unburndt logs which made the cabin smell.

We rented this cabin for a quick Thanksgiving get away and were glad we did. Its a nice little cabin-clean, well kept, fully stocked, and perfect for our needs. The northern Wisconsin weather had started to turn to full on winter this weekend, so it was nice to have a cozy place to stay. The only knock I can give is, a fire in the fire place would have topped the snowy weekend off perfectly, however, it was broken and we could not use it. Otherwise it would have been very Hallmark movie-ish. Not a big enough issue to knock a star off though. All in all, a great, relaxing weekend, with no family holiday drama. We are definitely planning on coming back in the warm summer months, when we can stay for a week and really enjoy all the benefits of this wonderful location.

This cabin is absolutely adorable. From the cute and useable kitchen to the stone fireplace to the sleeping porch. Very nicely done. Very welcoming. Loved the view over the lake! We had a fox visit and some deer as well as lots of birds and squirrels. Will definitely be back in the future.

This was perfect! Our host, Jeanette, was excellent. Clear and timely communication - everything we needed to know. The cabin was super clean, and well stocked.
