Our home has one of the most convenient locations in all of the Hamptons. Minutes from East Hampton Village, Sag Harbor, and some of the best beaches in the world! Stay in a Beachy Cottage/Modern Farmhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, Dreamfoam mattresses, and blackout shades.
The covered front porch invites you in to the striking gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, Sub Zero Refrigerator, an open dining area which seats eight, and a living room with fireplace that is a great gathering area for family and friends. The bedroom on the first floor is ideal for guests where stairs can be difficult. On the second floor the separate master suite has a striking bath with double sinks, Toto Toilet, tub and shower. The remaining two bedrooms share a lovely bath with tub/shower. The private 1.5 acre grounds has front and back decks, Bocce Court, heated swimming pool, and as Outdoor Fire Pit with 80" TV, rocker swings and seating for Everyone! Just had a great stay at this home. Pictures are extremely accurate and this home is so comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location is excellent. Close to town, hiking, beaches, vineyards. It really has it all! Host was wonderful and responsive. Would love book another stay.

The home is locates in a very quiet area. It feels extremely safe. It is also conveniently located to East Hampton with easy access to the Sag Harbor area. The home is exactly as photos and is very clean. Chris is very responsive and checked on us ensuring we had no needs or questions. Fully recommend this property.

This property was everything it was listed as and more. Sipping coffee on the back deck with deer watching in the forest and gathering around the fire pit was the definition of relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Can’t wait to go back!
We had such a great time and can’t wait to go back! Perfect location! Close proximity to anything you want to do. The house is kept so nice and clean and has everything you would need and more. Plus it is set up for making fun memories! The host is super friendly and easy to communicate with if needed. Definitely one of our favorite stays ever. We are already planning our next visit!

Amazing property - Want to do it again next year!
Great location and property to put a coda on the summer. My family of four (two kids 4 & 1) stayed for 2.5 weeks at the end of August. We had an amazing time and the host could not have been more attentive and available during our stay. From the moment we checked, he made a point of connecting with us and asking how things were going. Any small questions/issues were promptly dealt with and he also helped to provide some recommendations for us during our stay. As far as the house, pictures were extremely accurate and the connectedness of the technology in the house made it easy for us to enjoy our stay, both inside and outside. The pool was great and the firepit/outdoor TV was the icing on the cake for our kids. We spent as many nights as possible making smores and watching movies. Overall, we would love to stay again and would highly recommend this house for other families/those wanting to escape the city. 10/10 with a great host!
