Reclaimed 120 year old oak floors throughout (from barn in Kentucky), Mid Century furnishings, large decks- front and back. New Pennsylvania Fieldstone fireplace. Get the best of both worlds-- a house in the woods, but near the water! Find your peaceful getaway in this quiet, sun-filled, immaculate, contemporary home bordering 40 acres of protected woods, located within walking distance of beautiful, never crowded Sammy's Beach (1 mile) and a short drive to the ocean. Has a heated 40'X20' pool, surrounded by large deck and lawn. The living room has glorious light from a 16 foot ceiling and huge windows; fully stocked, big kitchen and propane grill on deck. Features a large master bedroom on the ground floor with a king bed and an en suite bathroom; upstairs has 1 large bedroom (with queen bed) and 1 smaller bedroom (with two twin beds) and one bath. Front deck has chairs for sunny morning coffee; back deck has dining table and chairs for six, sectional sofa, coffee tables, two large umbrellas, and lounge chairs by the pool.
