This stunning property includes a main house with first floor that includes open form kitchen and dining full bath with glass shower , living room and library downstairs which opens onto beautiful deck area Upstairs in the main house are 2 guestrooms- one king and one double bed with shared large bathroom with bath tub. The Master bedroom includes charming window seat, built in vanity/desk, en suite bathroom and walk in closet.


Outdoors there is a lovely modern pool and patio dining area, purgola, outdoor sectional and fire table, grill which is directly hooked up to natural gasline. Guest house is an incredibly charming separate unit on the opposite side of the pool with double bunk beds that sleep 4 , big screen TV, Kitchenette and full , gut reno bathroom and shower. The house was just renovated, never rented and impeccibly well decorated .
