Nestled within a lush green olive grove spanning 6000 square meters, this 200-year-old building features megalithic arches, tiled roofs, cisterns, and cobbled stone. It underwent a full renovation in 2014. The property is situated 3 kilometers from the beach and the Diros cave and 7 kilometers from Areopolis.Toxotis 1 can accommodate up to 4 guests in a 40-square-meter space with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The studio offers sea views and is equipped with free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers, refrigerator, and breakfast preparation facilities.
