I had reserved a King room, but they put me in a double queen instead. Frustrating, but not a deal breaker as it was just my wife and I traveling. We just prefer (and reserved) a King bed as we find that more comfortable for us sleeping.

We did not get the room booked. The hotel was sold out and only had 1 King rooms left, no 2 queen rooms at all. I expect to get what I pay for. The hotel blamed Expedia for overselling the rooms and basically said oh well. I really don't care whose fault it is. I want what I booked and paid for. Period.

Came for a concert; hotel appears very new & updated. however when we went to bed the sheets on one of the beds was stained with a red substance; the toilet has soil on the bottom (clearly was not whipped down good); & when we called for an extra pillow they said they were "freshly out of pillows"

Our room stunk when we got there. It smelled like a number 2. We left and came back that night and it still stunk. We got some air freshener and it was fine the next day. The roomm had some damage in it from scuff markks on the walls ect. We stayed there last year and that was a much better experience.

We were out for most of our stay (one night) we didn’t realize until the next morning how one of our comforters were super dirty. Different spots around it. We luckily brought our own blankets and had that under that sheet, but it wasn’t something great to wake up to knowing it was hidden from us with a sheet (what we see coming in the room).
