Beautiful location, quiet and serene. My room needed a new mattress and boxspring and the bedroom floor needed a good wash washing. Staff was accommodating coffee was really good in the morning.

The area makes up for the age of the facility. It is an older building, which is showing its age. That being said...it was clean and comfortable. The view and quiet was amazing. Very limited breakfast, but enough to hold you over for a bit. Its a decent place to stay.

Vintage style Cape Cod motel. Good size room with balcony on upper level. Clean, quiet, simple. Very basic continental breakfast. Cool back yard overlooking marshy land with Adirondack chairs and picnic tables. Convenient location. Well priced for the Cape.

From the time at check in, the proprietor was friendly and welcoming. The room was good size and clean. In morning, they have coffee in the office with bananas, yogurt, pastry and muffins complimentary. Beautiful grounds with flowers and a nice view

Very nice room and comfy bed! Place is out in the middle of nowhere but would stay again. The only negative - other than no restaurants near by would be to offer coffee before 8am...we get up at 6am.
