• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – please be respectful

• Children must be supervised at all times in the hot tub, at the lake, and on shared community grounds (e.g., pool, beach, basketball court)

• Fees apply for any damaged, lost, or stolen property

• Lost Amenity Access Cards incur a $200 replacement fee per card
