Ramid is a scam artist.

What stay? This hotel overbooked and turned us away. They said I would be refunded. NO REFUND. Ramid (check in person) falsely claimed that I didn’t show up for my booking. This hotel is running a scam. They also turned away at least a dozen other people. Leaving all of us without a place to stay - as every hotel in town was booked due to Metallica concert we were attending. We ended up leaving our car parked in the hotel’s parking lot, took an uber to and from the concert, then drove home. We didn’t get home until 4:00AM.

The hot water stopped working. My door didn't close properly and someone entered my room in the middle of the night. I did not report because they were drunk and apologized. The staff did not seemed concerned about any of the complaints from the customers. This was after paying $300 a night for SU graduation weekend. I will never stay at another Quality Inn site ever again.

This property needs HELP. Trash cans overflowing in the hallways. I can't tell if the property is being renovated or is just a pure disaster site. They had chains on exit doors. The room itself was fine. Good bed. Dirty floor in bathroom. Poor breakfast offerings. Desk person was very nice.

Upon arrival, I noticed the outside was lacking upkeep and maintenance. Once assigned a room, we were told to access that “wing” by another entrance further down the parking lot. This tiny, unmarked, and dilapidated entrance wasn’t lit or supervised, and served as the smoking area for staff. We got to our room after seeing stained carpeting, hallway furniture, and buckets in the hall catching leaks. In our room, we found a chair on one of the beds, the heater taken apart, and a boxed heater in the corner. We were in a rush to get to grad activities, so we were changing clothes when two men unlocked our door and entered. They said we weren’t supposed to occupy that room and asked to remove the new heating unit, so we let them. They told us our unit didn’t work so to just open the window. The shower nonskid mat was covered in mildew and there was hardly any toilet paper. The rooms had no insulation (and our heating/cooling didn’t work) so it was loud throughout our stay. The toilet ran off and on, making a loud and disruptive sound. I shared this with the front desk and was assured a manager would contact me and adjust my bill as a courtesy. Never heard a thing. I’ll avoid Quality Inns from here on.

Get what you pay for

I want to give a good review, but I can't. We booked this hotel several months in advance for a college graduation. There were no issues posted at that time and no issues sent to us prior to check in....We checked in and nothing was said at the front desk, but apparently the AC was out and we only knew that because of random signs taped on the hallways. So we had no AC for our stay. But to add to it, the indoor pool was out of commission. This normally would not bother me, but the room we were given was a view of the pool area.....now an empty pool and a bunch of tvs, mattresses and other stuff they look to be getting rid of. On a positive note, the room was nice, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. However, that was it....we had no room service in 3 days to empty garbage, our room was so warm, I could not sleep and we had to keep the window curtains closed because our view was an empty pool and whatever they were getting rid of. I want to give a positive review, but I can't. I'm still recovering from lack of sleep.

We had a room that the toilet didn't flush properly, the shower had horrible water pressure. The other guests would talk at a loud level in the early morning hours. The staff ignored the do not disturb sign and entered the room anyway.

The property is very run down and is in dire need of renovation. The entire building was without hot water on 5/9/25. My room which was accomodating 4 people was provided with only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and one face cloth. When asked the front desk for 2 more bath towels, I was provided with 5 hand towels and told that tomorrow i could get bath towels. No water is provided in rooms. Coffee at continental breakfast was that of colored water.

Poor quality hotel. No hot water. No air conditioning. Beds had hair in it. Room did not have a window that opened to the outdoors, so it was stale and stuffy. Pool was empty, surrounded by mattresses and tvs. Could not shower before attending college graduation. No compensation offered for terrible conditions.

The property is dated and in disrepair. Walking down the hallway, many of the rooms were locked with a bracket and padlock. You can tell the property is being worked on but I did not see active construction happening. The breakfast is extremely modest with cereal, a waffle maker, yogurt and hard boiled eggs in a refrigerator. I has hoping for a hot breakfast like scrambled eggs and sausage. The property is good for an essentials trip but I would not say family friendly.

Nothing unique. Hallways look like a prison. Room is pleasant. TV does not work. Staff is helpful. Breakfast a disaster: no fresh coffee unless you want to wrestle with a machine. No smell of fresh-brewed. Bagel stale. Waffle forgettable but makes you wish you had back the time it took to make it.
