Worn out- looks beaten down and left to wither away. Elevator does not pick up on the 3rd fl 2/2 broken button. My room smelled like wet dog; the couch was stained and smelled like urine so I sat on the bed. I kept my windows open the entire stay in an attempt to get rid of the funky smell. As it was Marathon weekend I was told there were no available rooms for a switch. They offered to spray the room but I declined as I was not interested in adding to the pungent mix. I've stayed in the past without an issue but will not return.
