Since the main museum and building was being renovated, we didn't get to visit there, but the bay view was very nice and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Nice roomy and convenient for us to go whale watching.

The waterfront location was very nice and peaceful, however, room updates would make this venue more desirable. When booking, we were under the impression this was a part of the Moran Mansion property (which at one time it may have been, but not anymore). The mansion is now closed and owned by a new owner who is renovating. The booking site was somewhat unclear on some details, but staff were kind and helpful.

Read mixed reviews when deciding to book our stay. Everything in our room was new and clean. Gorgeous bay view with the sound of a waterfall from our deck. The waterfall picnic area was a wonderful surprise. The only thing I would add for the staff, is to leave the hall light on for quests to find our rooms and keypad. Wonderful stay, thank you!

We stayed in a deluxe suite, it was obviously recently done and looked immaculate, including linens and towels; the suite had 2 balconies with view over the bay. On the negative side there were no restaurants open in Rosario but Eastsound is a less than a 10 minute drive and there were several there. Very close to Moran Nationalpark, plenty of hiking and scenery; the Moran mansion however is closed.

The room was clean and had a great view of the bay. Being the off season it was very quiet. Not much was open in the immediate area, with was OK as we did not have crowds. But we did not get to use the restaurant or kayaks. Will have to come back during he peak season and try again. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Neighbors were noisy but with the slider closed you could not really hear them. No fireplace in this room. Never did get a chance to meet he staff.

The room was fine. The view was amazing! There is no staff on site which I wish there was. The pictures advertised are of the mansion, which is closed. FYI. So that was misleading. The apartment was fine and they should have photos of that.

This resort uses self check in which is overall fairly straightforward. However, the communication was poor and directions to our specific room were very confusing. Texting was an offered mode of communication but responses were poor and at times never came. Phone communication was available but again staff were slow to return calls or never did. The location was great for our purpose but the resort was like a ghost town. No frills and little support but the room was clean and had a nice view. So, as long as things go smoothly, it’s a decent place.

Apparently, I went in an off-season time. There were no amenities . Register your room online ahead of time there’s no Internet service. I had to keep driving back into town and there are no restaurants local so pack a lunch pack a dinner pack of breakfast.But WOW. It was so worth it! I shall return. Better prepared
