There were a lot of old mattresses piled outside so I was hopeful for a good nights sleep. Unfortunately I was not one of the lucky ones and the metal springs were visible through the mattress.

when things were not as I expected, staff was eager to bring my stay up to the level I anticipated. the response to my discrepancy was quick and made my stay comfortable and kind. like always I enjoyed my stay to the highest extent possible.

Didn’t get what I paid for

I didn’t get the hot tub room I booked. When I asked about it I was told there wasn’t one. No housekeeping. Lots of slamming of doors all hours. Had a lady who was staying there yell at my dog she was definitely on something. I’m super angry I paid for a hot tub room and just got a normal room. Never again will I stay here. And I stay places twice a month.
