This is our go to hotel when travelling to Munich. Staff are superb, Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast first class. Only small downside is that room did not have air condition. Would totally recommend this hotel, if you do not want to stay in the city centre.

This place was spotless with totally informed and trained staff. We stayed one night and breakfast was included. Breakfast was outstanding. No detail missed- exceptional service too. Highly recommend this hotel even if you stay just one night

I only gave four stars because the first room we were put in the bedroom was so small. You could hardly walk around it. We asked for a second room and it turned out to be a great room with plenty of space. The staff could not have been more accommodating, whether it was asking for a mini fridge or or extra towels. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent all around! So friendly and I don’t speak German. The restaurant dinner was superb—service, ambience, food. Then the morning breakfast! Impossibly gorgeous spread and full of fresh and delicious choices.

wonderful staff, restaurant was delicious, bar was great with fun cocktails, Silvio was a wonderful bartender very pleasant and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was a plus to have every morning. Hotel room was clean Hotel was in a great location close to a grocery store along with a short walk to the train station to get downtown. The Sauna was great as well. I would definitely stay again.

The place was great other than the room smelled of wet dog. The breakfast was especially amazing. The low score for cleaning was not because it was dirty, just the smell we had and therefore had to air out the room.
