GUEST ACCESS You have private access to the home and secure backyard, no one else can book other rooms. Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for (no one else can book these rooms) eg. 1-2 guests = Bedroom 1. 1 king size electric adjustable bed (2 x king singles) 3-4 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double bed). 5 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double and one single bunkbed). 6 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double and two single bunkbeds). 7 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double and three single bunkbeds). Base price is for two people (Bedroom 1). If an additional room or beds are needed/used, they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees. Cot available upon request, charges apply.
