Come visit our charming and lovingly renovated and spacious apartment in our historic house in the heart of the old town near the beach Eckernförde.

Our house is classified as a simple cultural monument. The apartment is located in the old town of Eckernförde.

This seduces with its winding streets almost for a leisurely stroll. Attractive shops, restaurants and the pedestrian zone invite you to shop and linger.

The apartment is 140 m2, has been lovingly restored and can accommodate up to 8 vacationers.

Description of the apartment:
Upstairs and attic is the main apartment with about 140 m2 living space.

From the spacious hall you reach the dining area with woodburning stove, counter and hatch to the kitchen, the full bath, the living room with access to the balcony.

The balcony is south-west facing and about 13 m2 in size. In the attic there are two more bedrooms and in another bathroom with shower.

Should it be a bit cooler in the evening, you can make it cozy with the stove cuddly.

Eine schöne, saubere, ruhige und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Der Essbereich ist großzügig und schön, die Küche modern und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings sind nur 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 5 Schlafplätzen vorhanden. In einem Durchgangszimmer zum Ankleideraum steht ein Schlafsofa zum Ausziehen für 2 weitere Personen, das nicht bequem ist.In allen Zimmern befinden sich keine Schränke, so dass alle den Ankleideraum nutzen müssen. Was manchmal sehr lässtig ist, da man immer wieder die Treppen hoch und runter laufen muss.Die Wohnung ist in keinster Weise für ältere oder alte Menschen geeignet: Die Treppen sind supersteil und es fehlen Griffe in den Duschen. Kleiner Tipp: Es sollten mehr Haken in den Bädern und im Flur eine Garderobe angebracht werden.

Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, die Lage perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur wahr wohl fehlerhaft, da keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden waren. Dies wurde aber schnell richtig gestellt. Für ältere Menschen ist die Wohnung nur bedingt geeignet, darauf sollte vielleicht in der Beschreibung hingewiesen werden. Wir sind mit unserer 88-jährigem Mutter gereist. Die Treppe zum Dachgeschoss war nicht zu bewältigen, durch die schlafmöglichkeit im 1. OG gab es aber keine Probleme.
