Very quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining, boat ramps for access to both Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley. Minutes from golf course and antique stores. Covered boat parking for the serious fisherman. 45 minutes to Paducah KY and 90 minutes to Nashville TN. Less than an hour from bourbon tasting, local wineries and quaint historic local towns. Lots to do and see, or perfect for doing as little as possible and just relax and unwind. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our mobile home.

Please clean up after yourself. We reserve the right to charge your credit card $200.00 for additional cleaning. We will wash all bedding and towels

Please turn off lights and fans when not home. Raise thermostat in summer to 78 and lower heat to 67 when going out.

Great place to stay at the lake

Perfect property to stay at for a long weekend. Super comfy beds, very clean, and spacious. Driveway can fit F250 with 30 ft boat nicely. Owner responded very quickly. Will definitely be staying here again.
