This mountain modern tri-level property provides an inviting space for relaxing after a day of adventure in the mountains. The main level boasts a fully stocked kitchen, front room, and dining area. Enjoy the private walk-out deck complete with private hot tub and natural gas grill, perfect for enjoying the sunset while overlooking the Valley below.

There are two bedrooms on the upper level. The king-sized master suite has an attached full bath and large closet. The second room is a bunk room that sleeps up to 4 guests, with a private deck with views of Pineview Reservoir.

The lower level features a Jr. Master Suite with a king-size bed and ensuite full bath. The lower level also leads to the one-car garage with plenty of room to store all of your equipment, as well as refuge from the elements.
