Only issue I had, and told the desk, was water temp was lukewarm and never got warmer. The overnight desk clerk asked me if I was a smoker, told no, he adked me if I was sure. I said yes, I'm sure and he still took a $50 hold on my card. It is still not refunded

When we walked into our room, it smelled like dog. Honestly, you would’ve thought there were four or five dogs in the hotel room. we actually had to go out and buy air freshener to plug in to help the smell. Our showerhead was also broken.
