We have just finished a full and complete renovation on this flat. It's right on Leith Walk and you can walk to Waverly station in 15 minutes. We're surrounded by shops and restaurants of all types that you can imagine. Old town is also about a 15 minute walk away. Good location near bars restaurants and a supermarket
A lovely clean flat with everything you need. The only negative would be the larger bed rocked every time the other person moved waking you up so we didn’t get much sleep.
The kitchen had a good selection of cupboard items including teas and coffee but we couldn’t find a cafetière to use the fresh coffee which was the only thing we would have used.
The flat overlooks a busy street which is fine as long as you take earplugs.
